I enjoyed it. I dont usually enjoy Lee Evans. Maybe because he didnt open his mouth this time.

Enjoyable, to be sure, but I can't believe this hasn't been posted on the blue before. I saw him do this at Just For Laughs YEARS ago.

Reminscent of his superb 'tuning radio' performance in the (otherwise average) film Funny Bones. An occasional comic genius.

I didnt hate this either. Which slightly freaks me out.
I think I just like the concept and associate with it (most nights in Jillies Rockworld you see people air guitaring, air bassing and air drumming - usually all at once..)

Acey: It's not that good anyway, but: DivX. It's supposed to create standard MPEG-4 files but invariably something doesn't work if you don't download the codec.

Rowan Atkinson does a remarkably similar routine (drums only) on this VHS. Who was first, I wonder? Or is there a third or fourth practicioner we should know about? (Nice post, incidentally)

I was impressed until I realized that the instruments were all recorded.

Yeah, like Madonna, he had a backing track...

I stand corrected. It was the Rowan Atkinson one that I saw, not the Lee Evans one. The Rowan Atkinson one is better... even though I didn't remember it until IndigoJones pointed it out.
