PILLOW FIGHT! comes to the US. Already a success in Toronto, Tel Aviv, Madrid and London. Pillow Fight! now makes it's US debut in San Francisco, Feb 14th. On Valentine's Day feel like smacking down the ones you love? [oh I'd hit that...with a pillow]

The girl in the picture was a model sent by one of the tabloids to the London pillow fight. She made several of the front pages the next day.

If this is anything like the pillow fights I had with my brothers, it will rapidly disintegrate into a street brawl. Possibly, because these people will be older (and Americans), it will also involve guns. I look forward to it.

If they can do it Tel Aviv with it decending into a rock battle, I think a bunch of drooling Cacophonists like myself can keep it silly and civil.

I've been searching for something to do for Valentine's Day all by my lonesome. This should do quite nicely...


Anyone interested in a meet-up afterwards? I dont' know how long these pillow fights last, (it's not like mom'll be downstairs telling us to go to bed, right?) but I do know that there is a Gordon Biersch nearby. Perhaps someone has a better location?

When I was in college, we had a couple large-ish (300-400 people) pillow fights in a courtyard between buildings. It was a lot of fun until people started to do unclever things like putting boots, locks, or batteries in their pillowcases with the pillow.

I was at the nighttime Christmas pillow fight in London [many pics] and had a great time (apart from a pillow destroyed camera flash). Does seem a little 2004, but pillow fights are timeless.
