If you can't get World Cup on regular cable because maybe you haven't got cable, you can try watching with this software. Schedule of American World Cup TV broadcasts here.
Wow that's pretty good. Takes a while to download, and EPSN 2 isn' great - but if it's based off P2P then maybe the more popular the channel the better the quality. Certainly the Iran - Mexico looked good on ABC. Will have to try this at work tomorrow...

One nice thing about living in New Mexico is that we get Univision and Telefutura over the air. Not only is the picture quality better (ABC is really blurry here, for some reason), but there aren't 8 million distracting scrolly things all over the screen and they don't pop up "vote for your favorite player" right over the damn action!!! And they don't have a half-hour tape delay.
Also, nGOOOOOOOOLLLLLL!!!!

Company info on the website is a bit sparse. Do I have to worry that this is a trojan?

Not as far as I can tell, Caine. There are plenty of programs like this, but others I've seen don't carry ABC or ESPN.

The best way to watch the World Cup is in ASCII. This is not a joke.

'Team USA' is getting schooled right now by the Czech Republic -Czech are just running circles round them - and the crowd appears to be relishing that spectacle, if perhaps not seeing much of a football game.
When Mexico beat Iran 2-1 yesterday Drudge ran a huge red headline (there might have been a siren too), 'Mexico obliterates Iran' or something like that. I wonder what he'll have to say about this match?

Thank you, thirteenkiller. This is exactly what I've been looking for for the last few days.

Flashman writes "When Mexico beat Iran 2-1 yesterday"
Actually, the score was 3-1.

If you can't watch but still have a need to know, you can spiff up your browser with FootieFox. You are using Firefox, right?
