I always hope things like this will raise awareness of all of the gorgeous NYC buildings being torn down and replaced by condos. Ugly condos at that.

It was nice to see the attention given to the Modulightor Bldg. I used to work in there, for Paul Rudolph's lover who has the lighting design shop on the ground floor. It really is a nice space.
