I can't make myself count this as a "costume", he's just wearing an arcade game, not assimilating himself into it. I might as well carry around a dorm fridge full of Sam Adams and Toblerones and go as a mini bar.

Yeah, that's what I thought. He's not so much wearing a costume as he is wearing the actual object.
