The only way this could be improved is if The Heatmeiser showed up.
Feel good hit of the season!

The world is a more interesting place with R. Kelly in it.

I will just say: this is the most awesome thing since the original.
Which is brilliant.

For those who had never heard of the "Plan 9" of rap videos, the Wikipedia link might be convenient. WTF indeed.

Whoa, I just realized the cop is Omar from the Wire!
Also, I'm confused about the number of R. Kellies in this. Seems like there's an R. Kelly the character, but also a "Narrator Kelly" with magical powers. Or are they the same?

mammary16: That is the genius of the piece! Who is the real R. Kelly?? The world may never know.
I first saw a few chapters of TitC on Vh1, and it was so surreal. The best part about it was that inbetween each "episode," they had reality TV style confessional interviews with the actors... IN CHARACTER. So, you've got the cop going, "Yeah, that was some crazy shit when that dude jumped out at me!" Very, very bizarre. I was so enthralled by the trainwreck of the whole thing (truly the "Plan 9" of rap... what a great description) that I had to buy it on DVD. Unfortunately, it does not feature the interviews, which I guess were some sort of Vh1 only thing.

This would be better if the dude could sing.
It might be better, but it wouldn't be funnier. The lack of singing ability is part of the funny.
