Rock Stars, Guitars n' More

Oh, but it's much more than just guitars. How about a John Lennon set list from 1974? Maybe Bon Scott's tour jacket is more your thing. Me? I want the Mr. Big tour cases because they're in mint/hardly used condition.

Ritchie's 1974 Fender Stratocaster that was used with Rainbow from mid 70's - early 1980's. It can be seen on the video "Live in Munich 1977".

Nice.

The Iommi collection is pretty out of control, too.

I wonder if Glenn Matlock came with that P-Bass. Very low mileage on both.

I once bought a green Gretsch Sparkle Jet on ebay that came in a Calzone flight case that had "10,000 Maniacs" stenciled on it. I'm pretty sure that that actually diminished the bidding interest in it.

Fun find.

So they don't say how much they are selling their items for?

Nah. I'm sure it's in the stratosphere though. Except for the Mister Big stuff. There's a couple of Hendrix and Clapton strats that I'm sure I've seen on eBay before. One of the Hendrix strats was in the six figure range and the Clapton strat was in the high five figure range. One of the Hendrix strats was wrapped in a blanket for 30 years according to the narrative. Crazy.

More (alt/indie) rock stars and guitars. Warning: horrid design (but amazing guitars).

Somewhat off topic, but did you see what Keith Richard was snorting?

Ummm...the "John Lennon" set list appears to be an "Elton John" set list. Minor mistake. Could have been a "Johnny Rotten" list.

Comes in "Strummer Pink', I see.

Kozad, the John Lennon set list IS an Elton John set list where John Lennon performed. I believe it was his first live performance in several years and his last, ever. "Whatever Gets You Through the Night" is an extra on the Captain Fantastic CD.

"Whatever Gets You Through the Night" is an extra on the Captain Fantastic CD.

And "I Saw Her Standing There" was the B-side to "Philadelphia Freedom."
