I can't view youtube at work but I'm thinking it's a double from a comment in the Michael Vick post? I recall him stammering through barbaric quite a bit at the beginning.

Right before the war, I wrote Senator Byrd a letter. I received a reply that was surprisingly personalised and eloquent. It was probably written by one of his staffers, but still.

It's not the Byrd isn't making a valid point. It's just that he's gotten a bit long in the tooth shall we say. But he's a good guy. He was one of the few who deeply questioned the advisability of invading Iraq in '03.
