Great little shockwave game here.

Great little shockwave game here. Like a little slice of childhood.. I remember putting together these racetracks and racing those little electric cars along them. Great fun, and there's even a 2 player option. Sweet.
Oh man. Thank you thank you thank you!
It's like I'm living my childhood all over again.
Now all we need are some virtual Micronauts and I'll be all set.

What a blast! Even better than the original: you don't have to worry about dust getting caught in the tracks!

Now if they can re-create that special electric motor smell, we'll be set.
Damn you for ruining my meager work ethic, DAMN YOU!

wow. when i was little, my uncle had this amazing set and a pile of different cars. of course, I was maybe 5 or 6 at the time, and I wasn't allowed to use it. that makes this game _that much_ better, I think.
I only wish it had two player net play :P

Um. Excuse my relative youth and/or sheltered existence. I found this game via a weblog the other day, and was instantly hooked, though I have never seen it before. Could someone perhaps enlighten me?

Great! My son and I have had a blast racing each other. Anyone know what the bird is saying sometimes when you crash and when he wins??

I can almost smell it. (Remember how it used to smell?)

Has anyone been able to bump off the bird when you're right behind their car?

Try to make a single track with as many bridges as possible! My record is 9.

I think that 9 is the limit, though it can be acheived in a few different ways.

I discovered this about a week ago and blogged it, and I've been hooked ever since. My only pet peeves are the limited construction area, and the fact that it won't let you use crossover tracks as bridges.

Fantastic, but where's the Meat Wagon? (If you're old enough to remember slot cars, you're old enough to remember the SNL ad.)

Exceedingly cool. I hope it still works once the "MeFi Effect" kicks in.

Excellent! I experienced slot car fever a few years back and, well... I ended up building a 300-foot long track in my living room, using a massive power supply and heavily tweaked cars. Yes! Sadly, it's all in boxes now.

Too bad you can't put your fingers on the tracks and pull the triggers for a nice buzz in your arms. It would be nice.

Paris, a little racing flag should appear up top. That should start the race.
