Christina Aguilera... a ditz? Now, whether or not you think she is (and whether or not you are a fan), this quote on her *official*webpage just makes you wonder: "The video's going to be dope," Christina said. "We're going to have cabaret costumes. It's something you've never seen from us before. So, it's going to be fun." ...did she just admit that she sucks?
He has been hanging out since "November 10, 2000". If he is going to get it, then it already would have happened by now.

Maybe a bit trite and made for TV, but ditzy? Lil Kim and Pink in those "cabaret" (read stripper) kits do weaken my resolve (see fortitude), but the original is still the best sounding version by far.
btw, holloway, I thought there was an understanding of not explioting MeFi's html to save bandwidth. Am I out of order?

This isn't the first morning that holloway has saved me from an early self-inflicted death. That cat picture just made me giggle uncontrollably. Holloway is clearly insane, but in a good way.

This is getting like the fifties, when a hundred versions of a song would be released simultaniously. What's the point in xeroxing the All Saints version?

So in other "media-hyped chick" news -- did anyone know that Mary-Kate and Ashley have a magazine?
I was confronted with this knowledge at 7:30 am, pre-coffee, at a newsstand in Penn Station. Aieeeeee!

Oh why the hell not, Roe? Rosie has one, Oprah has one. They used to say that given time, everyone would have a talk show. But then everyone's talk shows failed, so now, clearly, everyone will have a magazine.
Damn this is off-topic!

Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen are the twin sisters who played the youngest child on the sitcom "Full House".
At one time, they had the highest TV-Q of any television personality in the US -- meaning more people could identfiy them than any other television performer.

I didn't even click on this link. I don't even want to give her an extra hit on her website.
