Yun Ok-Hee here is modelling a PINK bow, and a cartoon panda chest guard!
I had thought putting the color pink on something would make it unusable. Shows what I know!

Whenever I assemble my invincible army of deathtanks and kill-bots I'm going to have them all painted pink, in honor of the fishing rod and the bow, because it is clearly the strongest colour of them all!

Individual warriors will of course carry pink weapons themselves.

Seriously, look at the size of that fish. If that fishing rod wasn't pink it'd snap in seconds!

That's nothing. Of course, this is only a frigate, but you could apply the same paint job to a battlecruiser.

You've never been fishing, have you? That thing's nearly as big as her- there's no way she could possibly have reeled it in.

She would have had to have been strapped in like on sea fishing boats.

Now now, I was just being funny, no need to haul out the sass-can. Why, I spent more time fishing in my youth than than most people ever do in their lives. (Considering how much of that entailed simply standing/sitting around, I often wonder whether it was laziness that contributed to this being my sport of choice.)

They were originally going after rockfish, but once they after the first bite the rod was heard to exclaim "Bass is hard!" and automatically severed the line.

Ironic follow-up on that story: they couldn't bring the fish home because it was too big to fit in the car.

That thing's nearly as big as her- there's no way she could possibly have reeled it in.
When I was a kid my little sister sometimes tagged along when we went fishing. My dad would tie a bit of line directly onto the last couple of feet of an old rod, throw a bobber onto the end of the line and she'd sit by the shore and occasionally catch a sunfish or a small perch. But one day she started shouting "Daddy, Daddy!" and when we looked she'd hooked a bass so large it was literally pulling her into the water. By the time my dad made it down to where my sister was, she was up to her waist in the pond. He grabbed the rod and pulled the bass out, but the unhappy ending to this fish story was that a few minutes later, when my sister was posing for a photo holding "her" bass, the damned thing flopped out of her hands and bounced down the bank into the water before the picture could be taken. Inconsolable, she was.

My niece (3 years old at the time) caught a fish with the same pole. Her dad helped her actually land it of course, but this was a HUGE fish for the spot... which is just off a pier at a marina down at our "lake".
