shrimp scampy

Oregon prof's immunology research produces viral video. "We were all amazed ... like 'wow, look at the shrimp go!'"
I would have preferred to see the escargot.

And God said, Let us make man in our image after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth and hoppeth on the aquarium treadmill. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him: male and female image, created he them.

I've always been afraid of shrimp and it was a mistake to click that link. Now I know they can outrun me, too.

I hate to bring this up, rmless, but some can also punch amazingly fast, and have actually broken out of aquariums. And there's always the dreaded claw shrimp.

Adding Yakkety Sax to anything makes it funny.
Another example for flapjax at midnite.
Damn college kids.

This is one my favorite internet things of all time.
Yakkety Sax, also, is like some sort of wonder-spice for life that stands up to liberal sprinkling over all daily events, large or small. It is especially tasty when burned onto a CD as the only track, and then left queued and at the ready in your car stereo! Any sort of drive-by jackassery is enhanced by that tune.

Did I miss something? I only watched the first half of that video, but the shrimp didn't appear to be running THAT fast...

This is possibly the greatest thing I've ever seen since that thread with the gif of the fainting goats. Seriously, Tim Berniers-Lee can rest easy. The internet-tubes have fulfilled their purpose.
Also, this is why we shouldn't be funding those fucking fruit flies. They consume resources better used for shrimp/benny hill research.

Trust me, I didn't sleep for a week after that post. I don't know why I click on these things. They aren't good for my mental health.

Is "Yakety Sax" the Bacon of background music?
Does that make Benny Hill a fat pig? I mean, more than he actually was?
