Seed Salon

Seed Salon Short conversations (video/transcription) hosted by Seed Magazine. For example: Albert-László Barabási + James Fowler | Will Self + Spencer Wells | Paola Antonelli + Benoit Mandelbrot | David Byrne + Daniel Levitin.
Seed is great - and they know how to do RSS for their science blogs site.

I love the proliferation of video interviews, conferences, and talks that is being posted online these days! Bookmarked, thanks.

True, it's overwhelming the amount of amazing 'video lecture' (?) content on the net. Authors@Google in particular, eclipses even old TED. But there are dozens of smaller projects, like Seed.

If you like the "smart people talking to eachother" format, then you'll probably love bloggingheads where they get bloggers to talk to eachother on the phone and video tape themselves. The production values are not that great, but the videos are pretty fun. here's a video fo Andy Stern and Robert Reich talking about the future of labor back in December.

The Seed Salon between Michael Shanks and Lynn Hershman (vid) was my personal favourite.
