I must say, those are the funnest tables I've seen all day. Of course, it's six a.m. and I just woke up, so I expect that record won't stand for long.

I haven't seen any other tables today and probably won't before midnight.

Patrick Weil? I think I read one of his papers on multiculturalism, would you like me to link to it? It doesn't have any 'fun' tables, but IIRC it does have a 'fun' discussion on the evolution of Western nationalism and its universalising liberal tendencies. There is also the 'fun' concept of 19th century identity/state fusion accompanying mass democracy and secularisation.
This is a fun table.
