You can't rape a slut
February 13, 2009 12:17 PM Subscribe
Rochelle tells how she drove her drunken friend Jason home after the party, and then is raped by him. Jason denies that the rape happened, saying their sex was consensual. Monica and Tanner observe that Jason was being a drunken idiot the entire night, with Monica (Jason’s ex) adding her opinion that Rochelle has a reputation for "putting out" and being a "slut". The site then asks the question: "Based on all accounts, whose story sounds the least credible?"And poor drunken "Jason was extremely vulnerable to his circumstances". Who pays for this clap-trap? You do, to the tune of almost four million tax-payer dollars.
Guess who is the "correct" answer? Rochelle. Why, you ask? Because she "made several questionable decisions", "she had a motive to lie" and, lest we forget, "she’s been pinned reputation (sic) for being ‘loose’"
And, yes, the "good girl" who only puts out orally has straight blonde hair, while the "slut" has dark kinky hair.
This post was deleted for the following reason: Seems kind a fucked up, but man you could have framed this post a lot differently than quoting the kos rhetoric and laying on the outrage-bait. -- cortex
Finally, my hard-earned tax dollars put to good use: blaming the victim and, most importantly, identifying sluts.

I don't think there's anything "political" about how we assess what rape is and whether or not it occurred. Or rather, there's probably a way to politicize anything, but I don't think how we determine what's appropriate sexual behavior is bound to party lines.

On the positive side, at least some of my tax dollars are going to support these people who write fiction. That's sort of like spending money on the arts, right?

This is going to go really well. It has everything: private morals, public money, race, faith-based initiatives.

The scenario is pretty straightforward he-said/she-said. Assessing guilt in such a situation is flatly impossible and last I checked our legal system was based on the assumption of innocence.
Is this not the case?

Are oral herpes sores ever called "trap clap"? I just thought of it, but maybe it's not original.

Sure, but saying that we have no basis to assess the credibility of any of the accounts is a very different thing than saying that the woman's account is less credible because another woman called her a slut.

The reputation for being loose rationale is absolutely ridiculous, but aside from that, I'd say her story actually does seem less credible than the others.
(Except for Monica, who is obviously a catty bitch.)

Wait a second. If he was drunk, how did he consent to sex? Seems to me like she raped him. And he asked for it, showing off his pecs like that. Just shameless.

Considering I have ranted before about my distaste for the christards, I'm not going to say anything other than fuck the bots, and the far right will meet its ignominious, painful end eventually.
