I clicked on every link and still have no idea what's going on here.

Anyway, here's Jimmy Smith Organ.

xorry, I don't get this.

The first link is cute, but it's also the second link and later MLK Jr. is forced to channel Kanye West and then it's on to Winston Churchill and the kind of humor only obviously fake moustaches can provide, which is not the best sort of humor, really, don't you think?

I don't see what's so mysterious about it. Some small town city council had a crappy little 20 foot strip of land flanked by a highway and some nasty looking drainage creek that they otherwise couldn't use for anything, and somebody had the bright idea that if they stuck a park bench and a plaque there they could call it a park. That these young kids decided to call them on their bullshit in such a hilarious manner is all the better.

And let me also add that as a kid growing up in North Carolina, making fun of the strange and arbitrary (and sometimes inappropriate) nature of the local historical landmarks/plaques (e.g.) was a common thing.

I thought it was all great, from the well-scrubbed, Sesame Street-style singing students, to the Kanye-channeling Martin.

Like Kraftmatic Adjustable Cheese though, I was expecting a park where a Cat could Walk on the Wild Side. Someone needs to name a park after the maestro of the Hammond Organ.

That's pretty awesome petermcdermott. Hell, someone should just go around dropping off weather resistant hammonds at random parks. Instant rockout!
