Julie Brown, Chris Elliott, Kathy Griffin, Bobcat Goldthwait and others spoof Madonna in Medusa: Dare To Be Truthful: Part 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6
It's got its moments (I watched the first 4 parts) but I'm not sure I wouldn't laugh just as hard (harder?) at the real thing .... vaguely remember seeing part of it years ago and it was so ridiculous and absurd.
Although, I did watch this old Madonna interview just the other day, and I have to say when you put her next to the wasted space that is Courtney Love, she comes off amazingly articulate and intelligent.

My favorite tributes to Madonna are the Virgin Voices compilations (tracklist: Vol. 1, Vol. 2 / Collected) on the pop gothic/industrial label Cleopatra. KMFDM's cover of Material Girl is fantastic.

Michael Parkinson - an ancient, "national treasure" British TV talk show host -had some endlessly bland memoirs serialized recently, but he included one nifty detail about watching Madonna's posse backstage at the studio just before she went on camera with him in the early 1990s.
He said there was always one woman with her personal make-up crew who stood around carefully holding two cotton bud sticks aloft.
Her only responsibility, as far as Parkinson could determine, was poking the cotton sticks up Madonna's nostrils at the last minute, and gently wiggling them around - to make absolutely sure there was no stray snot visible.

Also good was French and Saunders' parody of Truth or Dare. "Show us how you do a blow-dry."

Hee! I remember seeing it when it aired on Showtime back in the early 90s. It's hilarious, and they went to such an amazing effort to recreate the people and places (and the glorious absurdity) of the original.
