Rhapsody - Holy Thunderforce. Damn I love this song. (Though, I guess I'm not sure if they're pre-Dragonforce, so I don't know if this really fits.)
And speaking of EPIC:
Meshuggah - I. They had to split it into parts on youtube because it's that damn awesome. (Also, long.) (And I guess I have the same timing question on this one.)
