The High Cost of Health Care in America.

What drives up the cost of health care in America? An article in the New Yorker claims the reason is individual testing decisions by doctors, with the result of vastly different health care costs in different parts of the county.

The problem is that doctors don't check to see if a test has previously been ordered.
