Howard Armstrong, AKA Louie Bluie, has his own festival, two movies, and made music until the day he died at the ripe old age of 94 (about 5 years ago). I post this now because the festival is upon us. (I'm gonna miss it.)

Not to be confused with Brother Blue, who is also pretty cool and still alive as far as I know.

The best thing this guy ever did was an awesome hand-made pornography encyclopedia. When it turned up in Zwigoff's documentary I wished the whole film was about that book.
