ok i watched the BMSR video. is something wrong with the playback, or have they produced the single most gratingly annoying song that i have ever heard, constantly cutting in and out and pausing.

It's not the complete song. As is the case with both videos, they're only loops of short parts of each song. However, BMSR is somewhere between Radiohead and The Grateful Dead (that's probably not the best comparison). They're experimental and psychedelic, so a lot of their mastering and mixing is not typical.

no i'm pretty sure it is not playing properly on my computer, i was just checking to see if anyone was having the same problem. it is constantly cutting in and out. i have several of their albums, but not that song. the problem is the start/stop. it's not a mastering issue.
