there are many types of balls

Blosics 2 is a physics game. Throw blocks off the stage by shooting balls at them. There are many types of blocks, there are many types of balls. 30 levels to finish. (flash, music/sound effects optional)
Choose the size ball you want to use on the right. The bigger the ball, the bigger the point deduction. Left-click on the orange circle stage, and pull your mouse cursor to aim and increase the throw strength, and release the button to throw. Try to knock off enough blocks to exceed the stage requirement.

Isn't the angle of incidence supposed to equal the angle of refraction?

But-but-but-but .... it's not Flash Friday!

No, but I have a feeling I'll be playing it until then.

I knew I should have taken that Physics class in high school. Now I know why I'm a history teacher.

Amen. The angles in this game are enough to drive me up the wall. I'm a musician, and even I understand how collisions are supposed to work.

That damn level where every other line is red is just sadistic.

Sadistic? That one was FUN. You obviously haven't seen level 21.

21 is actually pretty easy; you just have to be patient.

kenko: "13Level 17 is sadistic (the balance one)."
No kidding, that's where I stopped out of frustration.

What does that second ball you unlock do? (The second one that costs 40 to use, and doesn't appear to blow up.)

Level 17 is nasty, but after you unlock a particular ball you can go back and exact a very neat, precise revenge on it.

Unlocked the vortex ball. 6585.
I think the angle of reflection works out on the rubber bumpers, but the balls are affected by gravity so they may appear not to at first glance. The other barriers are inelastic.

Yeah, I closed the window after that. It wants you to perform a task but deliberately gives you tools that are inadequate. That's not a puzzle, that's a handicap.

It's maddening, on the walkthrough videos, to see the player shoot the ball so accurately.
