"This flickr site is my way to share images that are rare or special in some way for the fans of Star Trek TOS - most of the images are digital scans and restorations from film frames I possess, some are my restored digital images from photos or film clips I have borrowed from others." Including exotic women, clapper boards, special effects, naked Gorns, between-filming breaks, and, of course, stalagmites . via
What does it say about me that I clicked on "naked Gorns" first?

"The Gorn costume before the tunic was put on, showing the breathing holes that were essential to keep the actor inside ventillated. The suit was rubber and like wearing a total head Halloween mask. "
Oh my, that sounds terrible.

That you're not waiting until you get home from work, like I am. I do not want to have to explain that in my cache.

zarq: "Nice find!
Nimoy, Ellison and Shatner."
Yeah Harlan is short, but he makes up for it with huge balls and a tremendous ego. BTW, I like Harlan. And he'd be the first to agree with me.

This might be the best thing on the Internet ever. I just wish I could send all these pictures back in time to my sixteen-year-old self -- he would have loved them.

Funny, recently I've been watching TOS again, and couldn't help but notice that stalagmite looked awfully suspicious in the show, never mind the still.
Thankfully that image was obliterated in my mind when Sherry Jackson reappeared.

Thank the Great Bird. Theiss was big on 'nude' panels in his costumes. Gene thought they were pointless and made him ditch them. Hence some of the more improbable outfits.
