"Fabulas Panicas" (Panic Fables). Filmmaker and frequent Moebius collaborator Alexandro Jodorwsky, had his own trippy newspaper comic in the 60s .(previous Jodorwsky and Moebius).

Wait, maybe I did. My dad brought back an incomprehensible and oddly drawn comic book from Mexico in the early 1970s. I would have been maybe eight.

The drawing style was somewhat similar to these - psychedelic primitive, I guess. My vague recollections of the book say the pages were narratively linked, though, unlike these. There's a better than even chance the book is in a box at my parents which my mom can lay hands on. Foolishly, I did not grab my seventies comics to longbox when I split town. Dang it.
