Very nice. I think the film overall would be better as a musical - I'm thinking Richter could have a lovely song about how upset he is that Arnie's been sleeping with Lori for all of these years.

Arnie has a surprisingly poignant singing voice.

In a similar but far more sinister vein, there are rumors IN NYC that Jack Womack's Random Acts of Senseless Violence has been optioned for an opera.

My mind is clearer now
At last
All too well
I can see
Just who you
Used to be

If you strip away
The myths
From his head
You will see
Just who he
Used to be

QUAaaaAid
You've started to believe
The things they put in you
You really do believe
This talk of Kuato's true

And all the air they need
Will soon be sucked away
You've begun to matter more
Now that you're not Quaid

Listen Quaid to the screaming Mu-tants
Please remember that they need air to live
And believe me
when I tell you that it's not outside
But if you push the claw button
Then the air will surely come
It was vacuum but now it's blue
We're gonna see something new

We'll all
see blue skies
on Mars

Yes we'll all
See blue skies
On Mars

(Chorus)
Get your ass to Mars
Get your ass to Mars
Get your ass to Mars

Austrian Death Machine pays homage to Schwarzenegger movies (even the comedies) with a different style of "music."

I'm waiting for the Sondheim-style duet with Quaid and Hauser, "I am Unworthy of Your Brain".
