Carl Th. Dreyer: The Man and His Work is a website created by the Danish Film Institute dedicated to all things Carl Dreyer. The website includes reviews, film stills and clips, film programs, essays on themes, camera space, as well as access to an archive of the Carl Theodor Dreyer Collection, which contains screenplays, working papers, book collections, and over 4000 letters. via
Fans of Dreyer might also like to check out Ray Carney's book Speaking the Language of Desire: The Films of Carl Dreyer. It's out of print now but used copies can be found easily online and there is an excerpt on Carney's website here.

great stuff, i heartily recommend Dreyers film to anyone even the slightest bit interested in, say, Bergmann, Tarkovsky, Bunuel, Bresson or Terence Davies.

The layout is similar in some ways to the Ingmar Bergman site.

This is awesome.
I don't understand why they couldn't just adjust the black level of the stills a bit, though. It's not like low contrast is inherently a part of the artist's vision or anything, it's basically just how film from that period looks, but they'd probably look better and be easier to take in if they had a more normal contrast.
