Declaration on the Notion of “The Future” is the most recent of many manifestos broadcast by the mysterious entity The International Necronautical Society.
The International Necronautical Society (INS) was founded by novelist Tom McCarthy in 1999, and comprises an amorphous and often occluded network of writers, artists, philosophers, and others. Surfacing [pdf] through publications, media interventions, artworks, and live events, the INS constantly reiterates (or reenacts) its First Manifesto commitment to “map, enter, colonize and, eventually, inhabit” spaces that open up around the sign of death.

My immediate thought was "Neurocam Redux?" but after glancing over all this, it seems closer to Thee Temple ov Psychick Youth's propaganda, (ironically? intentionally?) Futurist manifestos and that whole weird space where philosophy and art collide into an ornately verbose put on.
I like stuff like this.
