The latest exercise craze "Aerobic stripping". "I get people to move in a figure-eight with their hips," Costas said. "There's a lot of body rolling, starting with your chest, rolling down through the abdomen and through your buttocks. There's also a lot of touching yourself, and the session finishes in lap dancing." Where do I sign up?
It's kind of the Tae Bo philosophy of exercise. Ultimately, excersize is just moving your body around fairly vigorously, and whatever you can do to make people do it will work. I wanna try covering people with stinging bugs. That would motivate people to move.
I must say, though, stripping doesn't seem to be the most vigorous activity. Maybe I need to find a better class of strip club.

I like lap dances better than tae-bo dances.
