Just unbelievable

Oh, that's the dude who tried to sue Beto for defamation over how much money he made when all those folks froze to death during the big storm in February 2021. Right up there with Harlan Crow in terms of Dallas' net negative contribution to the world.

Just unbelievable

Quite literally. “Mark Limbruner?” “ROY CLAGG?” “Harry Prothero?”

Lot of solid Bobson Dugnutt energy in that thread.

Don't know Bobson Dugnett.

Do recall from Sammy Sosa's High Heat Baseball...

"Now batting, Galaham Zuanich"

And he was a badass...

I don't need to worry about it because I'm 71, but when the the younger generation is living in a dystopian hellscape they'll be wondering how they got there.

I'm not 100% behind Greenpeace, but they do keep it real.

Oh my the comments. Unhinged, retributive MAGAs, but with the ability to write complete sentences.

I think Greenpeace is pretty douchey, but fuck this guy.

Wait, why does Kelsey Warren think that Greenpeace USA started the Standing Rock protests? They weren't even the legal support.

I mean, besides racism. Why Greenpeace?

This was never answered in the article.

Why Greenpeace?

Mr. Tough Guy (and his drooling sycophants) want an easy target.

In an ideal world, whatever replaced it would make him regret his hubris.

I will also add that he's also a huge racist (surprise surprise). He has two Confederate statues on display in his golf resort, both saved when the cities they were in (Dallas and Beaumont) took them down to stop celebrating white supremacism. So no surprise that he's trying to go after a group that helped out Native American tribes trying to stop a pipeline. It's pure speculation on my part, but it wouldn't surprise me if he hadn't sued the tribes because he assumed that them being non-white meant that they were easily led and couldn't have organized such a demonstration.

Mod note: A comment has been removed for going against the Guidelines by giving a misleading context. Please do not state that an organization is killing children, then clarify that they're just opposing a policy. There's no need for clickbaity type comments.

I was never a big Greenpeace fan, and my opinion of them declined much further when, earlier this year, they successfully blocked the introduction of a strain of nutritionally improved rice in the Philippines, which scientists believe "will result in thousands and thousands of children dying."

Or the opposition to nuclear energy so virulently that we're now facing climate change from all the coal, oil, and gas that we kept burning the last 40 fucking years far sooner than we could have.
