rectuMTV Fairly twisted music video (Qtime) from the Taiwanese group Loh Tsui Kweh Commune. Definitely NSFW. Starts off innocently enough but goes downhill pretty quick.
It's official people, MTV is so last millennium!
See, this is why we should ship Pat Robertson to Taiwan.

I really like the art direction. It reminds me of the 'catalog walk-through' sequence at the beginning of Fight Club. But, damn, does this ever scream out for a little translation. I feel like I'm missing the best parts of a dirty joke.

The band has a Flickr-stream too. Should I mention some of it might be NSFW?
Their homepage.
I don't know what it is, but I definetly like it.

Catchy song. The anal penetration seemed rather incongruous, though.

That would have been worth watching even without the inconguous anal penetration.

Wow. And I thought "Soccer Practice" by Gaypimp was bizarre and homoerotic. We don't got nothing on Asia.

This was much better done than I assumed it would be. Who needs ritalin when you've got Taiwanese pop-punk...

Thanks, jennyb. That's such a superbly...restrained way of phrasing it.
For some reason I get a mental image of Sherlock Holmes hunched over an elaborate bed, pants around ankles, deerstalker still on head, pipe clamped gently but firmly between his teeth, muttering "Hmmm. incongruous..." pensively, as Watson approaches him from behind.
Probably just me though. Also, Fenriq, thanks for the first tagline for ages that hasn't given me the peevish urge to whine petulantly about its rinsed-outness in MeTa, but has instead made me laugh.

What's the other video that this reminds me of? It went around the Internets a year or two back, and the word that sticks in mind is "swedish". Very prim proper business environment, lots of infographics, then the action heats up and gets carnal. It was beautiful. Probably linked to on MeFi, but I can't find it.

Wow, that was really well done!
I can't imagine how long it took to render the "fly through" part (with the hundreds of cloned band mates). I recently did a project that used a similar effect (to a much lesser extent)... the render was a three day nightmare. It looked cool, but sheesh!
