I'm thinking it can't take the load (at least, I can't get it to). But I'm hoping to play it soon.

Ohhhhhhhh.
Okay, I'm gonna save this for later. Like a pint of my favorite ice cream. Or some high-quality porn.
This will be something to be savored.

Oh, and if anyone can tell me what any of the music from the first one is, I'll be eternally grateful. Particularly the mellow tune on the level where the squirrel is listening to records.

I just finished "chapter 1" of Samorost II. If you want to continue on with "Chapter 2" it'll cost you $9.90... and a 24mb download. FYI.

Okay, I bought the second level, but after downloading the program, I can't get it to install. I get this error:
C:\WINDOWs\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.
Can anyone help me run it?

If you follow the jayisgames link, you're not alone in having problems running part 2. I'm going to wait for his comprehensive review of 2 before plunking down any cash.

Cool -- I like games where you don't die and have to start over at the beginning. I'm old and impatient.

I'm stuck at the part where you click "play" and the screen goes black and stays black for like 15 minutes. Any help?
Seriously, the strain on the server just goes to show you how popular the first one was. Guess I may have to wait a bit and see if this works when the traffic dies down.
